The application of nitrogen generators in heat treatment processing includes the following aspects:

Vacuum heat treatment: when the nitrogen is used as a cooling medium for nitrogen-charging pressurized oil quenching, adjust the nitrogen pressure of the nitrogen generator, improve the hardening of the steel parts, and protect the electric heating components of the vacuum furnace. Electronic industry semiconductor and integrated circuit manufacturing process of atmosphere protection, cleaning, chemical recycling, etc.

1. Controlled atmosphere: nitrogen, as a dilution gas, can reduce the consumption of raw material gas and reduce the formation of carbon black. Nitrogen source for large-scale integrated circuit, color TV imaging tube, TV and cassette components and semiconductor components.
2. 3. Protection gas and safe gas: Use nitrogen for blowing and exhausting inside the furnace, as well as sealing the gas curtain of the furnace door. When the gas and power are cut off, the nitrogen produced by the nitrogen generator can be sent into the furnace to prevent furnace gas explosion.
